Full Servo Thermoforming Machine DH600
The DH600 thermoforming machine is designed for packaging projects that need a deeper forming envelope and a complete automatic route from sheet feeding to stacking. Start with the finished container, tray, or lid: its depth, sheet, rim, nesting, and complete mold layout determine whether this model should enter the project review. DH600 provides a 600 × 500 mm maximum forming area, 80–90 mm maximum forming depth, and a stated 20–30 cycles/min operating range. It lists PET, PS, PLA, and PVC sheet.

Does an 80–90 mm forming depth mean every deep container will work?
No. Review the full geometry, wall distribution, mold cavities, sheet and cutting/stacking route.
Should I send the matching lid with a container sample?
Yes, when lid fit is part of the requirement. Send both parts and identify the rim dimensions and required closure. Check leak resistance separately if your packaging requires it.
